Wardance TU saber has CtC blink "when your enemy is slain". What does it mean? What is the difference between that and "when you kill an enemy"?

'when your enemy is slain' triggers when you kill monsters with anything (including spells).
'when you kill an enemy' triggers only when you kill them with non-spells (except poison in more than one frame).

Why don't the hell knights in d2 have the death and getting hurt sounds from d1?

If you're trying to gain experience by doing the cows maybe you should avoid him if he appears.

What uberskill is better for a treewarden druid?

As far as I understood, if t-warden deals heavy elemental damage from BMR's and other stuff, Force of Nature is better, but if t-warden has tons of procs like fortress, claw tornadoes etc., Fairie Fire works better.

Am I right?
