Okay I am stupid af. What does Innate Elemental Dmg do. Does it increase all of your "Adds x-y fire/cold/lightning damage" stats by a percentage? Looking at Claw's Anatheama and asking myself if it's a good ability.

for claws, that's Wrist Blade's "Innate Lightning Damage: 40% of Dexterity"

I never noticed Wrist Blade deals lightning damage. Must have been changed in one of the patches I guess? thanks

So it can basically double Wrist Blade's dmg output. Sounds insane.

I reread the patch notes from 1.7, if I understand correctly, it only affects the base ele damage added by elemental weapon bases.

Could anyone tell me if it's possible to apply a shrine blessing onto a shrine-crafted item twice? (effectively giving 3x of the shrine stats in that slot)
I have a vague memory that it is possible, but I can't find documentation or remember how to do it.

Use Breath of Thaumaturgy - an occult effigy, i.e. it drops in labs.

Relatedly, does arcane hunger give +25% spell damage per point of life leech or does it just give 25% spell damage regardless of the amount of life leech you have?

You need at least 15% life leech to apply it and it's converted to 20% spell dmg regardless of the amount of leech.
