Could anyone tell me if it's possible to apply a shrine blessing onto a shrine-crafted item twice? (effectively giving 3x of the shrine stats in that slot)
I have a vague memory that it is possible, but I can't find documentation or remember how to do it.

Use Breath of Thaumaturgy - an occult effigy, i.e. it drops in labs.

Relatedly, does arcane hunger give +25% spell damage per point of life leech or does it just give 25% spell damage regardless of the amount of life leech you have?

You need at least 15% life leech to apply it and it's converted to 20% spell dmg regardless of the amount of leech.

What is the total number of bonus skill points gained through quests (not levels)?
Just trying to plan a build, but I'm not sure how many skill points there are.
I count:
1 - Den
2 - Radament
3 - LE's Tome
4 - Azual
x3 for each difficulty
+2 from new quest Inquisitor of the Triune

For a total of 14 points. Am I missing anything?

Izual is +2 skills, not +1, but Lam Esen's Tome is +stats not +skills so it's still 14 points.
