Spells like retaliate / divine judgement display attack rating. Is the attack rating just for the initial blow or for the post blow effects (like the ring that damages in retaliate and the falling things from divine judgement). Asking to understand how important attack rating is for builds like those!

Does anyone have an information regarding the hidden character level scaling component of Sorc Arcane skills? Immersion, Arcane Torrent, and Mana Sweep all gain increased % damage scaling at an unclear rate based on character level but I can find no documentation on this.

Almost all spells have hidden character level scaling (usually at maximum at level 120, but vessels cap at level 130 and other skills may also be different), but it's not documented anywhere. I believe the arcane skills might also have a small flat damage bonus at low levels to make them not godawful to level with in Normal, but I don't remember where I saw that stated.
Does deadly strike and poison work on the hammer procs on hammerfall and akarat trek?
