The proc version of SoR is a different skill so I don't think so.

Yes. I've fixed it for the next patch (probably 2.7, I don't think we plan to do another hotfix).

How viable is poison or hunting banshee/avalanche druid? Thinking about playing one SSF and I'm wondering if I won't hit a wall early

Thanks for answering. You think it's possible to quite comfortably go through game and early farm with just hunting banshee and RWs/set/crafts?

With set or +1 banshee rw you can go smoothly until 130's. Fauzt and especially Scos will be simply slow without Avalanche.

How rare is the Golden Cycle in Triune?

From season stats, it seems not a lot of people find it, but I was wondering if the drop rate for it is actually all that low.

I farmed the area quite a bit and usually found regular Cycles, but on one day two of the Golden ones dropped back to back an hour or so apart and I was wondering if I was just perpetually unlucky, or it's really rare and I actually got super lucky that day. (Happened in Sigma 2.4 I think)

More pierce if you go innate elemental instead of physical.

I've been using that on trapsin since 2.4 because the tooltip says "reduce damage" not "reduce resist" of nearby enemies.

I'm reading this wrong then lol someone else may be able to chime in. Looks like an innate buff but -20 damage to nearby enemies looks like it reduces your damage.
