It is work. I came to like the fight better after some runs though, also you can try for the speedrunning approach and try to get faster times always. And after you did it it feels like you have accomplished something... only that many ppl want to do it twice for sleep bonus too... well.

I would if I could find a way to get better at hitting with purify.
My fights take about 15 minutes on average, in which theres little danger of dying, but after the timer runs out you have to be extra careful not to have wasted the time.

I've found the most reliable strategy to kill him fast is that you want to use holybolt on cooldown, obvsly, with an approach of alternately moving around in circles around him so close that he does not tele stomps you, and then let him telestomp you as soon as cooldown gets of, to get a reliable hit in. his telestomp cooldown is like 1,5 holybolt cooldowns so you can cut time by a lot if you do that, compared to the lure him to always telestomp you.

tl;dr: that is, get telestomped - hit him - run around him - hit again - get telestomped... repeat.

use the holybolt cooldown time to get rid of most minions he spawns. its easier now that the holybolt and purify missile velocity is increased. i got him down to like 6 mins per run and that if far from perfect because he turns around like a rabbit to dodge your projectiles. I've found that this fight is all about keeping the initiative, play him and not let him play you..

Note that this strat works great on Assassin, which is maybe a bit cheesy because of her absurd defenses in this fight.

does deadly strike and crushing blow apply to reckoning of zerae in the storm tree for zons?

Reckoning of Zerae is a passive.

If you mean the hammer skills, yes, deadly strike and crushing blow apply any time you deal weapon damage.

I can survive him well, the problem is actually hitting him.
Even with the telestomp strategy I miss him about 9/10 times which is what drags on the fight.
If I have the bolt on left click, I miss him because the bolt only fires when you actualy click his name.
If I have the bolt on right click (or shift left click) I miss him because the bolt flies past him.

I've got Holybolt on right click and Arcane Blast on left click for stutter stepping. Holy bolt right click feels more efficient, yes.
I came to believe (maybe superstition) that there are patterns to his movement and finding the moment when he does not move to hit him is hard. Can not say any more about that though.. it took some practice to learn the fight.

Good Day Everyone. I trust you all are doing well.

I have a lot of questions but I will start small.
My question is, what is the level cap when you +skills on gear
and is it better to get +skills or + certain skills/stats. I
did not start crafting yet because of that. My Sorc's Skills are level 52.

Sadly I'm quite unwell.

There's no soft cap, or at least not one you can reach.
What's better to get is difficult to answer, it all depends.
Sometimes skills will scale better than stats and sometimes the other way round.
