no. season drop replaces it and gives you far more than a single relic.

That unholy paladin beam spell you get at level 2, its half physical half light, but when I put Tal runes into slots, it doesn't seem to improve the damage despite saying it increases physical spell damage. Maybe I didn't put enough?
How is Baal supposed to work now? He didn't drop a relic or a Paragon Soulstone, just his Spirit of Creation charm. Do you have to be 115 to get extra drops?
