^ on attack is when your character swing the melee weapon on target's face

I'm trying holy melee with 1pt solar flare + maxed incarnation(and Lionheart,of course). Am I better off maxing Retaliate for extra magic damage,or Plague for the poison? It doesn't seem that I'll have enough points for both. I started maxing Plague at first but it appears to be rather underwhelming. Am I wrong,or should i switch to maxing Retaliate?

So does that mean tantrum dos not trigger 'on attack' procs? I thought it did.

Plague, because you can double it with -99 enemy resist. Plague benefits from hard pts only so with max hard pts your total poison dmg will be very high (it will still suck compared to Curare/WotS tho).

About next delay skill

Image

How to fully understand this?
Does the first missile have ND=0, the second has ND=3 and the following missiles doesn't have ND?
Why it describes mindflaybolt only at srvmissleA but blank at srvmissle and srvmissleB & C columns?

tantrum doesn't trigger on attack, only on striking and when you kill and when your enemy is slain

As a player the only thing you need to understand from this table is: in general if there is a number in any of the ND columns => the skill has that much ND. (bear in mind the table is old)

The other two questions require modding knowledge to understand the answer and are irrelevant to playing the game.
