meaning a total cap of 700? So I would MO ed up the grey armor to 350 and then put in the rw?

Be careful with high-level runes. Do not overMO your item so you won't have req lvl 121+ after you create a RW.

For procing or spreading poison/slow purpose it would not be a bad choice, but for damaging is not that good, since spike deal low damage compare to other choices (leech/CB/heal on kill/Damage/ctc Miasma...) (1/2 WDM iirc), and the important thing is next delay effect, that make the target only be hit just once at a time whether they get multiple hit or not

Yes it is. People told me that if there is a value at any NHD column, its corresponding skill would have NHD by this.
NHD applies to all NHD skills, this means only one of them can do damage at a time, depending on which skill triggers first. (e.g. Claw tonado and Spike nova)
