When it says stack 450 resists does it mean 450 to each individual damage type? I've got 75 in each right now with 104 Damage Reduced armor with MO. Am I missing something here?

450 fire/cold/lightning and, preferrably at least 350 poison flat resists. At least 92 f/c/l max resists, 90 poison and 60 damage reduction.

Is there a place I can find caps to modifiers like ED, TD, FHR, and IAS and any other modifer of the like? /specific caps on weapons for IAS and whatnot
