60 damage reduction is enough to have him dealing zero damage (max resists, ofc), use honor. gear with double orb for that reason.

When it says stack 450 resists does it mean 450 to each individual damage type? I've got 75 in each right now with 104 Damage Reduced armor with MO. Am I missing something here?

450 fire/cold/lightning and, preferrably at least 350 poison flat resists. At least 92 f/c/l max resists, 90 poison and 60 damage reduction.
