Are spells like freezing gale stuck on a specific casting rate? Or are they affected by fcr, it's just that you're just standing there.

i thought secret had lower chance

but i guess the overall chance is a bit lower, when theres a ssssu item available - coz 10:4:1:1 means 1/16 chance, instead of 1/15 for items with no ssssu

That's false. Secret items drop less often compared to SSSUs.

how can something be more rare than having a rarity of 1? At least i dont know how.

When i checked the single player patch the rarity of an ssssu was 1 and all other ratios were unchanged, what am i missing?

Let me give you an example, although I thought this should be obvious:

Someone asks you "what is the maximum character level on realm?". You look up experience.txt in single player and tell them the answer is 120.
