If he have "teleport@ ability when he take damage- then fire (burning fire i meant) is the worst way to kill him. Burn deals 25 hits per second while every hit have chance to trigger teleport. Try to use any "nuke" skills. Maybe You shall respec to caster and use hnting banshee?.

Has anyone encountered certain monsters that don't naturally have a 'stun', for example BloodStones or Shredders, applying stuns when they hit you with their spells? And by stun, I literally mean having the stun overlay over your head while being put into hit recovery.

My barb has 80000 defence
He has 400 total character defence bonus from Bear Stance + 400 when near wolves

shouldn't he have 80000x800/100 defence when near wolf and with Bear Stance activated???
he has only around 400~500k

Is Cornerstone of the World realm only? I heard it could drop in SP a few years ago but that it was a bug.

No they drop in single player as well. But I think(could be wrong)that there are more types of cotws that drop on realm.
