Legend.
I didn't say it was exactly the cause but I've seen that a lot of times people can't get to Act 5 is cause they're using an illegal maphack.
I don't mean to dwell...but I can't help myself.

I havent heard of this. Usually ive seen that happen upon starting d2, usually with problems from d2gfx. Though this was for hyperjoining methods from Dimentio. But anything can happen.

A rather difficult question: Is there a range as to how far -enemy resists apply to your enemies? Example: can it be one screen away, two screens away or does it only apply when you hit your target. I don't know but I would assume that they WOULD need to be on your screen within a certain range for -enemy resists to apply. Can someone correct me?

Im pretty sure it means every successful hit you deal on an enemy carries over the -enemy resists you've got. bombsin for example, i can spam immolation bombs , blink away fast and run off and it will still carry over the -fire resists on my gear on hit.

indeed , every succesfull hit will carry -enemy resist , no matter where you are , even if you go to town with town portal / use the waypoints to travel into another act .

no, i remember suchbalance saying the damage of the projectiles are calculated when the projectiles are generated, not when you buff. i.e. when you lose the dmg buff from bloodlust, already vessel does less damage even if it was higher level when you first cast it
