if a crafted boots would increase ur kill speed much then go for craft. Remember moar kill speed is better than mf so only go for enough mf that it does not bring significant change in ur kill speed.

I am currently just going through Act 2 and hunting Grubbers, getting about 10k to 50k each time.. Is there anything better or any monsters that drop a lot of good like this? Easiest way to get gold is:

Insert any rune in any throwing knife/axe and sell it. Higher rune gives more gold, quality of knife/axe doesn't matter

easiest way to get gold is to just play the game and sell rares. you don't really need gold for gear, because you can't buy good gear. except maybe gambling rings.

That way is working only when you can get highlevel rares. For starting (making honorific "resistor" for example) selling throwing wepens socketed with runes is better.

so then just re-run andariel or mephisto and make your TU gear, problem solved.
