Managed to get TSW up and running, however there's a moment of lag/latency where it takes a second for a spell to go off, pick up items, etc. Nothing to bad, I was able to complete the LC0 with no issues. Reckon some of the later game instant death mechanics won't be too bad.
Considering I live in the middle of nowhere in Tennessee, and have a VPN service, I don't know if anything can be done about this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Also, stop sending TG before you get the item in a trade window. You're setting yourself up to get scammed. You did that to me earlier once too.

Also you can get additional stat points (sigsnets of learning) by cubing with catalysts of learning items from list of tiered uniques: rings, amulets, Jewels, quivers, bolts

How much -ecr do I need to be effective in Destruction? (for just the normal non-immune monsters running around the uberlevels)

I'm trying to make a 'coldrat' using Archangel RW, Coldhunger Ice Lance on striking Proc, and Cryo Beam on striking proc from SSU small shield - anyone tried it?

What is EFR? For your sake, I certainly hope its not -enemy fire resistance if you're building a cold-based traprat.

For elemental pierce, regular monsters cap at -100 resistance. bosses can go up to -199.

Er, ERC. Fixed it in original.

Let me rephrase my question - is it fair to assume most monsters in Destruction ubers (say, Slain Souls) have 50% resist all plus whatever immunity they possess? (I didn't find the answer in the Bestiary) Or do most have immunities and 0% to whatever else?

TLDR: Should I shoot for -100 or -150 enemy resists for Destruction?

-100 should serve you well, but if you mainly specialize in one element and you have the room for it without sacrificing anything you should absolutely shoot for -150 because that will also be what melts your heroics. Anything above that is overkill though, imo.

Go for -199 on main element for heroics. Reason is when heroic shield bosses drop the immunity you deal damage the most with they may still retain most of their resistances to that element, they just lose their invulnerability. If they drop immunity and still keep, lets say, 80 or 90% resists to your element, youre going to want that extra -99% to counter that. Its the only way to be sure you always pierce that giant enemy crab's weak point for MASSIVE DAMAGE.
