I'm a SP who is making the jump to Realm at Sigma. Yes, most use mule accounts.

Honestly, how much stuff do we have in our stashes we never even plan to use? I've completed all the sets - they look pretty just sitting there, but that's about all they do. I'm not going to make a Malice Necro, JavaZon, etc.

Mule acc dont get banned for being mule acc, u r allowed to have as many accounts as u want on tsw, u r also allowed to run 2 instances of game for muleing only. But, if u get ban for any of the rule breaking reasons then all and any account that u ever log into will get banned.

Additionally, randomly ill have mobs teleport or not move for a second and then catch up. I am running gs6, which is NJ and I'm in NC, USA.

Dude before thinking of giving up stuff, seek a sollution first. (and yes you do, good)

I know your problem. The solution is easy. Just start D2SE a second time, and then you can open a game with a mule. Easy transfer.
If alt tab is too slow for you: Just have that mule as a game-safer. Login with MAIN/drop stuff leave), then use the same diablo-instance to login with another mule. You can also use a netbook or even your smartphone..., too.

As far as mule accounts go. Yes you can create mule accounts.
I have currently about 16 mule characters. Just use one character per item-type, to not get confused from the start. (It will get more as you certainly know from SP)
Optional is also to use one account per theme, like sets etc.

I can really recommend to get this sorted ASAP, you'll definetely need mules in destruction anyways, to put away charms.

Have fun, and dont worry too much about it. The best is to use just a MAIN and dont pick up stuff that you dont need, Online is about selective play not getting up a wealthy stash. You gotta know exactly what you need, then it is actually not a mess at all (I only started muling in destruction)

ps IMPORTANT, dont use ur mules for botting (any automation), it's not allowed in this mod (exception is D2clicker on your Main). dont use more than 2 diablo instances from your IP, multi-logging is only allowed for 2 instances. (while d2se only allows two instances, it can happen). Remember: NecroX can't read your brain and see if it was only by accident, so when he sees 3 instances, you're banned, permanently)

after going from SP --> realm, you'll quickly realize that 95% of the items you get you don't actually need, and then sig them. for the other 5%, you'll either use them, or store on a few mule chars.

Dunno if this matters, but the docs say Hatred Fauzt is a lvl 80 area. Not sure if that means ilvl 80 or monster lvl 80 or if its all the same.

Yes - Just know that both claw tornado and time strike have next delay, I think both are 4 frames each.
