If by 'Unholy beast' you meant Unholy melee spec then both options won't work. Cranium Basher is definetly better for Retaliator holy melee.

Yeas i meant Unholy melee, I was playing him for a while, managed to finish Terror and Black Challenge.
He was killing so fast I cannot desribe it, but BR Challenge was kinda tough (esp Faunzt.)
Sadly I don't have any weapons for him to 'feel powerful' and def not ready for Dest. and easy charms. There is also an option to try crafted, but I have no idea what shrines will be effective. Any suggestions?

Fixed for you. Am I the only one who gets tired and annoyed of seeing "Faunzt" all the time?

If you gonna use Blood Thorns keep an eye for Fascinating shrines. ideally, you want a crafted sword/war scepter with Balefire proc, as much FSD as possible and LaK/LoSiM.

Also, most weapons that have at least 25% ctc insert elemental spell here on Melee Attack will work because of Superbest crazy 4 fpa speed.

Yes, BRC Fauzt is very tough and is hardly doable without Bear Stance. You can respec to UHC for that challenge as well but that will require you having good honorific or crafted MO'd gear (yes, try to find shrines before Terror Fauzt) to increase your damage. Also get easy charms, they are doable with TU gear.
