Marco mentions the total combined effect from 2015 [MXLS] Charms Overhaul. There is an old list from Apr 2013 All Charms List. The list doesn't cover some of the content like: Ring of the Five / Assur's Bane.

. No great Paladin passives to use with it except maybe Plague or go Superbeast + Terror Strike + Bladestorm. Any ideas from the forum?

Well if you're using Terror strike, then you can't be using bladestorm..

Unless you meant Terror strike to buff, then switch to bstorm.

Yes, I meant as a buff. The character could be pretty tanky with the TCD from Terror Strike and the huge block percentage from the shield

EDIT: CTB is 5% on the shield, so I'd need ~3,000 dex for max block. I'd probably be pumping DEX since it's how the sword's damage is determined.
