points into vitality for an assassin are a complete waste . roll an amulet with flat life (ctc hymn and Lightning Arena oskill would be great to have) and use

rings for early game . max perfect being for increased avoid and put points into Shadow reffuge to reach 50% DR (this value may also be reached with flat points from +all skills" from gear) . other than this , life leech and life after kill are nice to have around , and Vampiric Icon in mid-end game . max block is another thing to aim for .

assassins are known to be glass cannons . it's always been like that . we have to deal with it .

TL;DR : pump your damage and the sources of leech/regeneration , get as many points into dexterity as possible (dont't waste a single point into vitality because assassins gain crapy life/point into vitality . flat life from items and increased %max life is all you need)

How do you get lvl 121 and more? I never found out how.

Only on realm, and lots of cow grinding. About 81(?) million XP is needed. Get lots of greater XP pots and Zakarum ear, and maybe MO some XP orbs too or run jewelery with it.
