you can roll a t5 or t6 rare weapon untill it spawns with a decent proc and high %ED at your curent level , if you can't acces some decent runewords . you may also sacrifice 1 or 2 armors (gloves belt or boots) for creating honorifics in early game

they do , but you shouldn't focus on geting many of those , there are other good things to aim for in boosting hirelings . a good amulet with + skills is enough , you may focus on something else instead .

Question: is there any reason NOT to use Signet of learning once you got them? like being a requisite for recipe or challenge or something i don't know of?

Only reason i can think of is if you want to save them for another character or sell them to other people

Used in the laz charm upgrade and Valkyrie Prime bow recipes. Otherwise no, just for trading.

Thanks guys. Another question: Why my Betrayal of Harrogath quest says i can't complete this quest and has to create new game? I just found Anya but not thaw her off yet. What did i do wrong?

Remake the game and you'll be able to complete it. Just talk to Anya again.

Is there any good castable ranged fire and/or magic spell dmg oskill on rare items/SU's?

For example ring of light is a good high dmg fire castable, but it's more of a close quarters spell. I'm looking for a fire and/or magic spell that's got some range to it.
