Maybe you put a point into melee devotion. That's why you can't summon them.

I had a Relic Thief spawn in cold plains on hell mode, but after I chased it through blood moore and got its HP down halfway, it teleported into town where I couldn't reach or kill it.

So... I just farmed like 60 kabraxis kills so I could get the 5-10 weapon damage trophy.
The latest patchnotes show it should have changed from the 2% chance to reanimate. After cubing 3 trophy fragments, its still the 2% chance to reanimate.
EDIT: Apparently its just the tooltip for the trophy itself that hasn't beeen updated because, after cubing the trophy with my charm, it gave the correct 5-10 dmg.

I was trying to bless my weapon with an oil of intensity, put two ACs in, the shrine, the oil, the weapon, but I accidentally put in my shrine vessel instead of the full shrine I was intending to use. I cubed before I realized my mistake and it ate my shrine vessel, and gave the rare the "item has been blessed" modifier and didn't add any mods. I destroyed my rare and also lost about 50 abandoned shrines. You shouldn't be able to cube the vessel instead of the shrine so people don't make the same stupid mistake I did
Spirit World: Wow did no one check the health on the harvester of souls? You try and burn through one just for the boss to spawn another one.
The new Whisper of the Damned Boss fight. I can make the fight harder if I want?
The totems are in the way so you're going to aoe them down whether you like it or not. You don't even get a second before the fight starts so you can't read what they do. Give us a break between waves so maybe we want to actually increase the difficulty.

Yea would be nice if the totems were broken w/ purify. I end up breaking them all during the fight each time as well.
Also it seems to bug and not spawn the 2nd wave if you enter with a 2nd player.
