I dunno if this is just on assassin, but if I level up while whirlwind is active, I freeze on screen, can rotate, look like I can do spell animations, but nothing works. No attacks, no tp, no teleports, and I also can't seem to go to zero hp even when things are pounding on me, making me effectively invincible. The only way out is to exit to main menu

- No damage is added(In the screen shown this is not visible but through testing I've confirmed that no damage is added at all)
The testing character has NO BUFFS ACTIVE.

Iirc the charm tells you that 8% of your total undead + demon dmg is added as IED, not that it currently adds 8% IED. Therefore you should not expect that the charm value is updated. The 25% max tells you the maximum % IED that can be added from the charm. You can infer the demon + undead % damage that you need to achieve that maximum: 25 * 100 / 8 = 312.5 % dmg to undead + demon. I don't know how you've confirmed that no damage is added, but the bonus might not be displayed in the character sheet in game.

As you see the character has no items and no charms. So the bonus should be 0. Why is it 8 on the charm? If the bonus is actually added but this does not make changes to the character sheet then that is I a bug.
