see i follow the guide of the lazydin pally, so when came to act4 in terror we need to make a rare pally shield with ring of light BUT!!!! the thing is, in this ladder we can't reroll rare items for some reason this recipe is disiable? so the thing is.

how can i make a shield with ROL oskill?

only drop?

u can use shrines to craft a rare(yellow) pala shield to get that Oskill

simon if you are playing ladder you cant upgrade rare items and use oils of renewal. you have 2 choices either shrine craft one or the ghetto option is roll a blue sacred paladin shield with oils of renewal til you get ring of light.

cube a rare sacred item with any of the portable shrines (small cross things) that u find as a drop in late terror or destr. Thats it, u did shrine crafting.

to see what shrine give what bonus, u can check the documentation

They usually start droping at around chaos sanctuary and beyond in terror

Shrines begin to drop in act 2 sewers on terror from what I've seen

Sacred tier starts drop from sewers/arcane sanctuary terror. Shrines start droping abit later.. kinda from Kurast or so.
