I literally explained why it shows 8%, read my post again. The character sheet in game is not very accurate for certain things, it's best to use the d2 stats sheet to be sure.

Now that i read your post in depth I understand what you mean.
Point is that
Iirc the charm tells you that 8% of your total undead + demon dmg is added as IED, not that it currently adds 8% IED.
is what YOU think is the intended behavior of the charm. I don't want to argue, maybe your are right. It is up to the developers to confirm.
Secondly I confirmed with D2 STATS and with MedianXLOfflineTools 'Show All Stats' function that there is no IED added:

State 1: Character has
- NO Passives, charms or items that give damage to Demons and Udead - SHOWED ON THE IMGAGES
- Has no buffs that add IED
Result: both D2 STATS and MedianXLOfflineTools showed that the character has 0 IED - this is expected
State 2: Character has
- Eequiped ONLY

Sometimes (with about 1/20 chance) a portal at the 2-nd level of mephisto's or andariel's location can't be activated. I hover mouse cursor over it, but it's name doesn't appear, and walking over it does no effect. Re-entering the game may help with some chance. Changing the difficulty there and back seems to help always. But still an unpleasant moment. I noted it long ago - may be even in original LOD, not sure exactly.

The charm does not show the current value it's adding. You should cap out at 25 IED with those items (8% x 330 = 26.4, but then capped at 25), but it may take up to 5 seconds for it to refresh.

I don't know what offline tools has to do with it since it's applied by an ingame calc like how an aura or orange text would be, but the ingame character sheet and d2stats should show the 25 IED being added and if it isn't, there may be a bug. Now, where the bug is, who knows - try a white crystal sword with Godhead on and off to see if it actually affects damage without being shown on the character sheet/d2stats.

If you use tcp/ip with others, the stash saved items will disappear.

For your information, I used both shared stash and stash at the same time.

What's ridiculous is that I put the armor in the shared stash and the potion in the stash, but there was nothing left in the stash.

just enter in Crystal Arch (Act 4: Silver Spire Level 2) and the gates for Halls of Valor (Imperius) and Pools of Wisdom (Malthael), don´t appear, just nephalem sacrifice gate

any chance to make gematria bonuses (Chillstring, Serenthia's Scorn, etc) work with enchanced runes too? In addition to elemental and great runes.

Certain skills given by items have red icons, especially spells useable outside town. For instance, I have a devouring cloud relic that was red icon'd until i used someone in Discord's suggestion to use a belladonna extract which temporarily fixed the problem, the icon is once again red outside town. Additionally, I made a pair of crafted items; a wand for Orb of Annhiliation and a necromancer head for Mana Tide Totem. The OoA icon is red outside of town, but MTT is white but still uncastable, the character merely stands still spinning in a circle while the appropriate mouse button is held down and moved around.

I have the mana to cast all of these spells, DC costs 121, OoA costs 4k and MTT is fairly cheap; I have a little over 8k mana. I have restarted the game several times, and the pc, and i am up to date patchwise. The DC relic is recently acquired as of perhaps not more than a week ago.

It seems that pretty much any skill granted by items doesn't seem to want to work for me. Certain other people ingame i've asked to try the DC relic have had no issues, and after a minute or two from using the extract DC started working, but eventually went back to being red again. I believe this began when relics were introduced after being reworked and the previous season ended, as i had another relic, glacial nova, come into my possession that also had these issues just the day before the new season began.

If there are answers, I'd love to hear them.

Do you use melee devotion or other skills that only allow the use of melee skills?

There are several ubers where this might happen, but you can easily avoid it by standing close and wait while the animation is happening (e.g. don't go to town during that time).

I havent had that happen to me in a long time since I mostly ignore those wps now, but if you just use town portal next to wp, go to town and come back, that usually fixed it for me.
