Also if I’m not mistaken having an additional 50% minion resistances on gear allows them to reach 75% in nightmare and 25% in hell. You can’t go higher if I’m right.

Unless it changed in Sigma, minion res works like this:
Summoned minions gain +15% per Skill Point into a summon skill (hard or soft point), up to 75%.
An additional +25% from gear/Charms/etc. will make them immune in Normal, and +75% will make them immune in Nightmare.
In Hell, that additional +75% will give them 50% total res, which is the highest it can go in Hell.
There's technically no "cap" on minion res, but since they can't utilize more than what's listed, it's basically a distinction without a difference.
