Community Project: Median Wiki

hi guys, i have decided to remake an updated bestiary and this time i m making it a community project instead of doing it solo. The old bestiary is still good and valid for almost all monsters but some monsters were changed and removed so we do need an updated one since even more r gonna get changed in next version (mostly only ubers tho). This is how u can help:

-You can list monsters that u encounter in this google sheet in the correctly titled sheet, here is the link to it.
-i have started a wiki of median monsters to properly log the information since the sheets will probably lose its structure with so many people having access to it. Median Bestiary Wiki. All the pages in it are protected and can be edited by Admins and Mods only.

-The team has decided to moved to a full median wiki instead of a wiki for just Bestiary, for now we are focusing on bestiary in the full wiki but it will be worked on in parts. Here is the link to full wiki we working on. http://median-xl.wikia.com.
Working up a full wiki will need a whole team and i could really use some help. If you would like to contribute then feel free to pm me here or on discord.

Working on transferring the information into a tabular format cleaner Google Spreadsheet version.

Here are some 1.1 files to make your life easier:

monstats.txt

I added a bunch of comment fields to make it easy to know where a monster is located.
* category: general overview of the monster type (classic, uber, regular, etc)
* comment: in case of ubers, what uber specifically
* marco / loc: accurate descripition of how the monster appears in the game:
- Levels: this monster spawns a regular in a level (unless level density is 0, in which case you need dark summon)
- Map: this monster spawns statically in a location
- Minion: incomplete, but I included the minions data of the files
- Missiles: spawns via skill or missile chain
- Superunique: same as "Map", but will have superunique mods

levels.txt

Those are the levels entries (for 1.1) so you can see the base monsters that spawn on each level. That should make it fairly easy to build a base for the bestiary, which later you polish by adding the "Map/Minion/Missiles" entries.

Sorry, not bashing on the project, it sounds pretty cool but at least for me this rises some questions. What's the point of the doc then? Why can't the doc be enhanced with all the additional info and a new bestiary section? In 'what' the wiki will differ from the doc and why?

well docs are worked and updated by only 1 single person (Quirinus) so it have limited info, it also can not be edited/updated by anyone other than Quirinus and Marco and they already have enough work on different parts of this mod that they cant spend more than needed time on docs.

In wiki we can add any amount of information about anything as we want, its gonna be open for people to edit and add info. I m hoping to get a team together that could maintain it and moderate it over time.

So will the docs at some point be removed and completely replaced with the wiki?
