I was reading the online documentation (again =D) and I just realized that below the description of the charm you get it says drop bias increased the chance of xxxxx to drop. Realizing that I went to k3k and farmed the necromancers until I got the hammer of the taan judges and I wonder if that item gives an increased chance of set items to drop or if the place (in this case k3k) has the increased the chance to drop sacred set items?
