Socket punching and Re-rolling

Hello, I am quite new to this Median XL and just wondering how to do a socket pounching into the weapon. I am also quite confused since there is no guide how to re-roll items and what to use exactly

I was re-rolling this item and if i want to add sockets now what? I am really confused with this system

Short war bow [1] can just have 2 sockets. You should upgrade it to 6 and then cube with 6 jewels for max sockets. Also do the luck trial mystic orb first, then oil of luck.
