How does one install Median XL Sigma ?

Brand new to this, can I install it with the previous median xl .exe ? or will that not install the newer version ?

Uninstall everything youve installed (if you have something installed) and do a complete fresh install of Diablo 2 + LoD
Doenst matter which version you install
Launcher will get released soon and that patches MXLS over D2 Lod

Just keep an eye on the Announcement section, there will be a thread when it gets released.

Will unistalling current launcher and installing sigma one be good idea? Or do I really need fresh install, my CD is about 200 km from me :/
