Harpylisks and necrobots have powerful ranged attacks so you'll most likely die to these two rather than to the other two, but my vote goes for Neon Fiends - really hate that slow. Also they are pretty annoying (but not a nightmare) for casters

Since i'm playing a pure physical Werewolf Druid it's Necrobots that is the most annoying. Even an atc5 merc carrying full of lightning procs + Harbinger are not enough to take them down quickly

I dont hate any of them because they are all fine and physical immunies are best characters friends i want them more in other uber levels.

Necrobots don't have fear to kill you
Neon fiends and Hardliners are same than necrobots.
Harpilisks... GRRR runway and release their fucking missile hit you hard...
