I believe I was wrongfully banned

I only ever multi-logged 2 clients and for muling, i gave myself a few waypoints, which I would have done by switching characters while playing with other people at the time. I never used multilogging for waypoints while soloing... is my ban permanent?

@Quirinus Ah, I was leaving the character afk while leveling and giving wps for convenience. I won't do that anymore. I just got lazy and didn't want to leave/join a zillion times for stuff like lost city/arcane sanctuary and trav/durance. Any chance there is leniency for that?

The lenght of your ban should be stated when you are trying to access your ingame account

I seriously doubt you got banned for that, if i understood correctly. You probably had 2 chars in one game while leveling one, or something else youre not telling or forgot.

If its the first 1-2 times, its a temp one.
