Scroll betwin skills

Hey Everyone.
have a question about reason scroll bottom betwin skills, not work, after new re-install of the game + median xl patch , when go to option to setup my play control, then skills and ½ of those secound setting can't be activate, and it work find before. have run in to that problem for many years now, when re.install or new pc ect. like it skills scroll don't work every secound time :-8

reason for the re-install this time , was the 1.14 patch keep error bug after ½ hour act.3 special when try entre travincal .

If i understood you right, you want to be able to assign skills to mousewheel? If so, you must run d2se as administrator with Win XP competive mode.

i need to check it later , i run in to a problem and get an error on run d2se , so need run d2se install again . 1 wrong clik and you can get error problem, but will give a feedback , when or if i make it work

can't find the xp mode in d2se, but when right clik d2se under admin.. is a failfinding compatible problems , it was in there i clik on some before i se a place
with win 7-8 and xp mode was, but was allready run in to problem when se it

D2SE icon -> right click it -> properties -> check all the tabs, it must be there.
