Depends on the situation.
Bladestorm has a longer range, does mostly Magic damage, and is more suitable when enemies are spread out a bit.
Wraithsword has a shorter range, does Physical damage, and is more suitable when enemies are in a tight group. It also gets a higher damage boost from buffs such as Moonstrike and Firedance than Bladestorm does.

So far (120 melee sorc, completed act 5 dest except for baal) Bladestorm seems a little better (except against some magic imunes), but i havent tried putting points into wraithsword yet. I have a few respec pots at hand so i probably will do some testing eventually.
Maybe wraithsword will prove better when you need to focus a single target, like the totems in K3K, but i think BS is generally a better choice.
