How do i get ahold of admin? Banned for playing with room mate.

Hello so my room mate and i both play on the same IP...so when we play together it's always going to show us both online. Not sure if that's allowed or what , but we can prove it is indeed 2 different people. Anyways he was taking a shower , so i logged my sorc to mule some items from my barb ( She is on the same account ) as i was farming terror meph to get arcane crystals for her melee set. Anyways in the middle of a run i get a message that i am banned. For no reason. I read you were allowed to mule to other characters? We have literally done nothing wrong besides having both of us logged in. No hacks nothing. Is there any chance i get can some kind of response about this?

i just had the same problem with muling items got to wait for a admin to fix it man im in the same boat its bullshit that bot fucked up cause i was muling items

give it a few hours and a admin will help you sort it out

When muling using multilogging, be sure that both characters are in town during the muling. Only after the trade/drop is done you are allowed to leave town with any of the characters. Follow this in the future to prevent issues like these. Cheers

Ahh that sucks DRV..makes zero sense. Both characters were in town the entire time. Never left anything on the floor either. Is this going to a problem in the future with me and my room mate playing together? Because as i said we do run on the same IP address. Thanks for the quick replies guys.

you were banned because you were playing (not muling) with 2 your own chars (Tyrie,TurkeyBurger), no roomie involved.

Yes i had TurkeyBurger in a separate hatred game , and i would throw her all the uniques i was finding from my other character ( Tyrie ) to disenchant or throw in the stash for her set i was building for her. She never left Rogue Encampment. I had no idea that wasn't allowed , as i wasn't exactly playing her. But if indeed that is not allowed i'll refrain from it in the future.

It isnt allowed to keep one char in game while you play another in the same game. Once you finish muling you got to log out one acc.

They were in separate games , i would just join back in when the barbs inv got full to give her the items i was finding on him. But in the future i won't even keep her logged in her own game while he farms, the only reason i did it was to save myself from logging back in over and over. Thanks for the replies guys! But it is safe for me and my room mate to play together to clarify? Don't want any future problems with this.

They were in the same game, 3x (3 different games) during last 10 hours... don't force me to post logs here
