Character sometimes gets stuck in town

Don't why this happens. It didn't happen before patch 1.6. Only happens after a death and the only solution i have found is to save and exit and start a new game. I recently upgraded to windows 10 if that's of any help. If anyone has any idea as to why this is happening and how to fix it, plz let me know.

Happens to me too, if I had to guess I would say that "stand still"-function gets stuck when character dies. Usually I get free by either pressing alt and clicking around or warping, since it's possible to teleport in town.

This has happened to me several times 2 patches ago too, but I haven't managed to find out what causes it.

Usually weapon swap and shift spam unfreezes me. It has been a thing for many patches now.

It happen more in certain zone from my experience : silver city, Kurast (especially close to Ormus), palace entrence (where there's the boss) are my 3 nemesis especially.
Pressing shift unlock it, if not sometime weapon swap, changing skills, taking a portal(I can still move with right clic usually, your case is worse) or esc help, some other you're dead.
