Is Stampede Barbarian viable early game? If so, is there any good build guide for him?

I leveled as stampede barb this ladder. I didnt even know good skill order back then so it works . Someone else can comment on skill build better but what i did was just max stampede, wolf stance spirit guide deadalus and some point on wolf.

From Terror to Destruction? I was recommended to play a summoner barb early game and switch to stampede once I had better gear, but summoner barb feels uninteresting to me tbh.

I started as stampede level 1 and finnished 120 dest A1
