What items drop on Griswold's box?

I ask this because I am following a guide which tells me to keep farming TU's, but the guide doesn't specify which gear in its list is actually obtained farming TU's or if I have to be lucky and find it somewhere else.

Thanks! But this list is very generic for me, boots can be any unique boots? Druid helm can be any druid helm such as the wolf or hawk helm?
