Curse on cold werewolf druid

Just respecced form a physical werewolf druid to a cold werewolf druid, and I keep on getting slowed down. I have 100% curse reduction and yet am still affected by the curse when I faced this boss as well as Uldyssian which makes it really hard as a melee. Anyone know how to avoid this curse?

Isn't there some sort of cap on curse reduction like there is on block (50%) and reduced phys %?

Wait, I did the same uber with a werewolf druid and never got that curse, but as a cold werewolf I keep on getting that, weird lol
