It's 50%wdm with 50% cold conversion but hits a lot.
Unfortunately it does not work with crossbows, as buriza was one of my first thoughts.
Current plan is chillstring or trying to make a very weird maiden bow. Problwm with maiden bow I don't have a ton of places to get pierce.

Yeah. The spear one is think is a tually really strong but either it can't be used with melee devotion or the aoe is so small it never hits anyway.
If I can get this one anywhere near scos or low labs I'd consider it a success. Dont let your memes be dreams!
