What skill deals an almost constant dmg, because i also really want to know if this is actually true or not.
SO what would be a reliable test scenario ?

Clarification on some of the more obscure changes in 1.52, out now:
Minion resists
All minions gain a resistance bonus from skill level, usually maxing out at +75% at level 5 and forever thereafter. This meant you needed just +25% minion resists from items to render them immune to elemental damage. However, in 1.51 this modifier was not working properly with most items, or most minions for that matter.
In 1.52, minions have -25% base resist all in Terror and -50% in Destruction. After calculating in the level-based resist bonus, the highest they will go without items is 50% in Terror and 25% in Destruction, making it a lot harder (but not impossible) to reach 100%.
However, the minion resists now work properly. In 1.51, some minions were stuck at 0% forever, some had negative resistances, and others were all over the place. The +% to minion resistances modifier wasn't working properly either if you weapon switched, and it didn't affect some minions at all.
In the end, barbarians and necromancers suffer a bit, but amazons, druids and sorceresses benefit greatly.
edit: I just test by dmg - in hatred - i used 2 chars in pvp one zon that summoned 1 fire elemental and i added minion resists and checked dmg. And by adding 25% in hatred i indeed coulndt dmg that minion with elemental skills.
So to sum up: (and this should probably go to the lfaq to prevent confusion)
Minion resists indeed do work - but the immunities are not displayed by any maphack or the game itself!

And the formula for the total minion resist:

min(dm12,75)+min((stat('minion_resist_all'.accr)),75)
Every minion should have poison/fire/ice/light AND Magic resists
