Opening D2SE no longer brings up the D2SE window, it just automatically opens MXLU. Not that I've played anything other than the mod, still weird.
Just need to re-install D2SE?

Sounds like "D2SE" is linked to Diablo II.exe or Game.exe. Open your D2SE shortcut, go to the Shortcut tab, and show us what is in the Target box?

but if you have more than one instance of d2/d2se running, the second/subsequent d2se will autorun d2

Not sure how, but the target was a folder that doesn't exist, yet it was still opening the game...?? I changed it to the folder that does exist, but here's the vey end of the target line. D2SE.exe
Diablo II D2SE\D2SE.exe"
From the Processes tab in task manager.
Restarting solved that problem, but I still can't figure out how it was opening up from a folder that doesn't exist...
