None, they just die once you get past dunc.

Act1 has a heal, and act 3 has crowd control. I forget exactly which has it. For looks go act 5 barb so you have a friend.

To start I would farm a better sword. Get an angelic sword. They're pretty easy to come by. Athulas isn't really doing anything with how much AR you likely currently have. Dyers, beads, or a rare are the next steps. Dyers is partially good for time strike. That's more sustain. Giants knuckle would be a solid option when you get them.

I don't see a Sleep charm. She shouldn't be to hard with your current gear. I use The leech trophy cause it scales crit, but there are other options aswell

You're guy is scos ready, but not quite enough dps to get past 10k on Halloween unless you're good at sectioning off the mobs.

https://median-xl.com/char/Cooke (Edit: i changed his build around to a farming build)

This is my current guy. I had an angelic sword and sectioned off the mobs to get the charm. I used Mals as well. I also used the metalhead I have in stash.

Thanks for writing an updated guide, it was needed! I lost interest in earthshaker barb shortly after 2.0 but I'm finally getting around to trying the new tectonics build and it's a lot of fun. For mid game item recommendations, I think
Hammerfist
Hammerfist
Gauntlets (Sacred)

Defense: (1227 - 1450) to (1436 - 1697)
Required Level: 100
Required Strength: 625
Item Level: 105
Adds (1 to 15)-(20 to 30) Damage
5% Life stolen per Hit
+(15 to 25) to Spiral Dance
5% Chance of Crushing Blow
Weapon Physical Damage +(30 to 60)%
+(120 to 160)% Enhanced Defense
Elemental Resists +15%
Socketed (4)
and
Marchosias' Hatred
Marchosias' Hatred
Heavy Belt (Sacred)

Defense: (3111 - 3455) to (3359 - 3731)
Required Level: 90
Required Strength: 625
Item Level: 1
5% Chance to cast level 3 Bladestorm on Melee Attack
3% Chance of Crushing Blow
Weapon Physical Damage +(55 to 60)%
+(144 to 171)% Enhanced Defense
(6 to 10)% to Strength
Socketed (2)

Marchosias' Essence
(Druid Werewolf Set)
should be included as upgrades to the base setup. The wolf set belt especially is very common and is probably BiS until it's no longer needed to make power thresholds.

I forgot about those gloves. The goal was to have a path that was easily attainable for most of the gear slots. I'll add them in after the set gloves.

That belt is really only useful when your about 10 points away from 200 due to lack of stats early on (6 power at most for the WPD, and you wont have a large str base to scale). The basic setup at 100-120 gets you to about 140 power by lv120. Unless you're hitting 200 it's not wise to give up the leech (crit, mo space, survive) from worm, or the all stats / combat speeds from loop. That does remind me, I need to add the MO setup to the weapon for 100-120.

Nice guide, I'm testing it right now (still can't decide if I should go WW, EQ or Trhowing Barb)-

Do you have (or someone reading) a good item filter for this build, with the ingame tool or d2stats?
