To answer the question, they're still garbage. I'm at level 126, 75 points into phoenix/gryphon with 65 into raven. 6 bats. 35k health. -enemy resistances are all between 150 and 160 (when calculating my own into it). They're still garbage at 126. They truly struggle killing bosses and struggle with regular farming. It's just not worth it.

Either the damage is just not there from the high base levels into ways or the more likely explanation, the bats aren't inheriting your -enemy resistances properly. Damage honestly feels like it isn't much better as previous patches if at all. They survive okay but just can't deal enough damage to make up for the build's shortcomings. We had hope with this patch with the virtually untestable enemy resistance inheriting change butttt it's a loss. Don't waste your time on this build.

thanks for testing out, was nearly donewith my first build, so im not gonna waste my time on false hopes.
Maybe its a bug like you suggested and it can be fixed... one can hope

I've played with it last patch, not this exact build but my own(not a vit one). I think it's overacting, build has just specific scaling and requires your to work it out but it sure can work.

I would love to believe it's over-reacting but it's not. the skill levels and gear requirements are there. It is severely underperforming. The build was bad last patch to all the way back to 2.0 where it was over-corrected in 2.1 and been broken ever since. In comparison by far to many other builds, this is indeed an unfortunate waste.

Only hope is that the -enemy resis isn't properly transferring over otherwise, the batgirl is just a lost cause for once a potentially really cool build concept. Would love to see new summon builds get some more much needed love but.. It's just not there yet. At least not with this class/build.

Yeah I just tested this build as I LOVED it when it first came out… before they over nerfed it into the core of the earth lol!

When I saw summons inherit spell pierce from caster I immediately chose this char again to see it work again… even with 196% pierce self calculated from ways + self, and a calculated 37k lightning dmg per bat, took like over a minute to kill kabraxis… old batwoman killed him in 1-2 seconds lol.

Even though the ways level added as base to bats was HALVED, my pierce SHOULD have been the same for him… only factor being off was the actual base damage from all the ways being cut in half…

Some mechanic is NOT working and this build was fine the way it was when it came out because it’s so clunky and single target focused, not a great farmer but decent labber…

I really pray they fix it for upcoming season.

Revert ways back to 2x base or even 1.5x would be awesome.
Fix bats NOT inheriting casters pierce.

I’d ask to remove claw requirement too but that’s too greedy lol!
