ye but its in a3 after tal rasha (which is 110). so i tell people to wait and grab projector on the way in a3.

same story for bk, its lvl 110 but I still tell people to wait a bit before grabbing it, too far in storyline. better things to do first.

just make sure to swap to it after you have creature of flame and bartuc charm for the mana stolen. otherwise youll have problem sustaining your mana.

So I'm still a noob but slowly learning, for crafting if you inti shrine craft a 200%-Xdamage and you're going to bless it, do you bless it with another inti even though it's already at 200%? or do you use another shrine. I guess, are you supposed to use 2x of the same shrine to craft and bless, or do you want to use 1 of each different shrines?

You can generel craft with Shrine X and Bless with Shrine Y.

Someone already asked your question with the 200% ed and which Bless some pages before. Wulf said:

edit: I thought about it long and hard and have decided to remove rebel from my suggested item list.

the reason being is that this armor is pure dmg and sacrifices a lot of tankiness, meaning its a grinding armor for speedruns. however, a crafted armor (high dex%) with mf would have lower, but comparable dmg to it while keeping you tanky and increase your drop quality. so the resource dump (ac's and xis) i feel arent worth wasting for such a small bump and niche role. keep em for ice breaker
