this build is a beast in SP. I recomend try reach 6 fpa at all cost. I can finally do Xazak and Astrogha. No any other adjustment, I only change my amulet for an "scarab of death" (50% IAS). My javazon has been played (in total) 1 week or less and she have mid game equipment. My actual AR is 47k.... is too low? I should use mystic orbs on my weapon (AB)? How many? 100%? 150%?

As a Javazon I barely care about AR, because we have so many agi, and some other random %AR somewhere should be enough.

Any Dex cycle works for java, if you want you can make a spare life/mana one too in case you go poison or find a need for higher hp.
