I haven't been able to get this to work with Hardened. I understand I probably need some particular resources downloaded to make it work, but none of the mod files seem to be associated with Hardened. Point me in the right direction?

Okay, so it hangs on loading a char. Ran disable_auto_load.reg, didn't work. Copied save files to a different location twice (D2 is on my external; I moved the save file to the desktop, and into a random folder in program files just as a control- neither of those worked).

Clearly I'm stupid.

could you send me the save file? I haven't tested loading Hardened chars for a few years, maybe something needs to be adjusted for them.

help! i have a error msg like this "dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" when i want to use it after installing it this week.

if you're sure you're using correct mod data, then please send me your character with its plugy stashes: files <character>.d2s, <character>.d2x and _LOD_SharedStashSave.sss

kambala: i tried installing vcredist2015 and i'm getting error msgs. i can't do win updates because i can't access the internet when i'm at home so i have to go somewhere to download drivers, etc. so I have to manually install drivers on my laptop.

thru email? sure, if I still have that error msg after manually updated my lappy later. gib me ur email addy just in case though.

i won't be sending the files that you're asking for cuz i have to reformat my old laptop again from sp1 to sp2 to avoid this. thanks for the offer anyway.
