Is this really only viable (Melee) with 2H or is 1H+Shield an option? Same with WW btw. About to embark on my Melee Barb Journey this afternoon and dont want to shoot myself in the foot. My Paladin ive never played before has turned out quite well to get me some stuff to work with. :)

Nephilim is solid, but you lose 2 runes. Good craft imo beats it but its fairly close, might put it in. I was considering it.
As for viability of 1h shield? well yea, look at what we discussed, set shield adds flat damage making it competitive, but really any "ssf" shield that can be easily made not really, because it will deal way less damage. We don't scale dex, so shield won't provide block, in this mod you need few k dex to get any block, so shield isn't that good on str stacker such as this.

So I got one of these to drop last night, not sure if its worth using? Looks juicy, but drop stance tree also seems bad.

Issue with this one is, earthquake doesn't have magic bonus damage anymore, so not sure what will do. Also for SOR what is this bonus damage, is it multiplicative? you'd need to play around with it. But loss of stance in this case is huge, and very doubtful if this can be justified.
This would probably be nice meme for thunderslam build to 1-shot some easier uber with it, that'd be my bet.

Aerial I am a new player and I find items and have no clue if they are worth anything. Is there a master list of what items are worth a decent amount?

Just picked this up again after parking it at about level 27 when it seemed slightly slow... once it gets Wolf Stance and started maxing it... different game! :)

One thing in the guide that I don't understand - where it says to MO mana on attack if mana leech is not enough. Why do we need either? The main skill hardly uses any mana so I'm confused.

You can still use wolves though (if not a bug).

Yea but they are basically a buff, not a real minion.
Same way you can use edyrems later, needed for quests.

One thing I notice about Wolves (and merc) is that they don't follow you if you Leap - so if you Leap across a gap or over water then they're left behind and the icon (showing that the character is near enough to a wolf to get the buff) disappears.

Is that a bug in Leap or do they need to adjust Wolves?

For mana leech it isn't really needed, but in the later game with very fast attack, you technically can drain mana. It is low priority though.

As for leap and wolves, I'd say it is rather downside of leap, since you don't teleport, which would move wolves with you.
