What's the best way to make a specific ring (or amulet) out of crystals?
My guess is that you craft using a base ring that has roughly the same item level as the unique you want? But a slightly higher ilvl to make sure it's possible to roll it - the idea being to exclude all the higher ones (nothing you can do about the possibility of rolling the lower ones I guess).
Or do you just use ilvl 99 base and hope for the best?
