Quov : Replace your runes with Maxres gems for fire/ice/lightning, if you cant facetank him with WW go for a Hit and Run strat with SoR.

Kabraxis : up your poison and fire maxres, try to get a good uptime of SoR on him, whirl far through him, dont try to get a high melee uptime on him because the poison meteor will destroy you. Try to learn which of his abilities are the hardest hitting and learn to dodge them. Use the Skeletons to heal up.

like for Quov, doing as you say, I have 84 fire/85 cold & light and he still just melts me. Are those too low? Have crystalline flame medallion for light/fire/cold absorb too.

the big issue with the median community is they gatekeep the best bosskillers. It is near impossible for newer players to find/afford the broken oskill builds so 95% of the player base makes a farmer or two and quits because all the guides on the forums are for farmers/early ubers. Notice how you don't see any build guides for trinity beam? It's because the same people use the same broken builds to farm TG for the first few weeks each season off sammy charms. So since you offer the suggestion of rerolling bosskiller, what are the best bosskillers without needing azurewrath and stuff.

with the massive skills overhaul of this patch, I'm going to have to play through everything again and find out what works and what doesn't. I have been planning to make guides for a while now, but just haven't had time to do it. I'm hoping with the clean slate of this patch to finally get a chance to go through and do it, starting with barbs. playing SP will certainly speed up the process a lot, but it's still going to take time to fill out stashes and test builds, so it wont be right away.

I just blasted through nightmare without much difficulty, and am now working on gearing for hell. Unfortunately RL has kept me from putting much of any time into this, otherwise I'd be pushing end-game by now.

Something to keep in mind is that ultimately this IS just a guide. if you really don't like it, you are entirely able to to adjust it. for me, I will be sacrificing a few points to get wolf stance, and really start using it when I get an orange AoE item and I'm still able to one-shot everything. the goal with this is to be able to clear trash pretty much as soon as you get to them, be able to take out elites/minor bosses in just a few seconds, and be able to last against harder bosses without dying after a couple of seconds.

I'm early into hell (level 110) and it's just not to my taste. I can make it work with effort, but why should I?

Anyway, if you're having fun with WW, then more power to you.

that's totally understandable. the entire assassin class is like that for me; I just havent enjoyed any build with it at all. i've played primarily barb/necro, some pally/sorc/druid/zon, but almost no sin at all.

in any case, you certainly have plenty of options to choose from in terms of playstyle :)

do your own detective work and find the people selling samael stuff, then look back at what they've bought. there isn't a grand conspiracy here, the people farming samael are very good at median and have done it dozens and dozens of times. the developer ben has posted samael kills on his youtube channel with like 8-9 different builds doing it. as much as you'd like to think so there isn't some secret busted oskill that unlocks instant wins, it's just people with 10000 tg buying their bis day 1 and leaping way ahead of everyone else.

Yaggais (zod crafted 15 ias jewel, gul, 4xjah)
Idol of rygnar
dragonheart (not found a single sacred armor on the upgrade list)
Hammerfist
Marchosias' hatred
wind runner,
1 skill 25 max dmg rare amu
ripstar
1 skill 5-12 dmg rare ring

I have mal sockets in all my gear thats not runewords, and charms from all dungeon bosses untill yshari sanctum (except i got astrogahs after 1 hour corpse run, since ww dont really work in there as it can hit the pillars and insta heal him, i had to blink in and auto attack for 1 hour. My ww also does way too little dmg for it to be worth to ww im that boss). I also do kinda little dmg to xazax, having 25k AR resulting in 57% hit chance on him, and hits not taking very much of his hp. I cant tank any of his dmg for more than a few seconds, which is the same for all the other bosses onward.

lvl 130
My ww dmg is 12-18k, Sor is 16-22k
10k hp
824k def while ww'ing
3.1k str and 603 dex
52% leech and 612 life on hit

Am i missing something important? Is a chest from the upgrade list gonna change a lot, or do i need to fully socket elqs in my gear to be able to do the end game?
I know that no build is able to do all ubers easily, but i feel like im hitting a wall now on all very hard and onward bosses.

Any ideas or information is welcome, as i love this build. Farming rifts like fautz etc is super fun since i just plow through everything.

Uldy took me ~20 minutes in full bis WW is dogwater for single target on anything that moves/teles

I managed to get to tristram with dying a bit on nilathak (bc of tele and slow) and died a bit on azmo/belial as well) however meph dia baal just straight up one shotted me, baffled how that happened. So yea ww really struggles to do enough ST dmg on the late game ubers bc the mechanics are super anti melee or anti leech

Got it on second try thanks to your encouragement went back and tried it again. Had to just take my time even with the all res I had and use Jitan's gate to blink in and use SoR and then WW away...took longer and I felt wimpy but it worked. For anyone else having troubles on it get the Moon of the Spider charm and use it to blink in and then WW out if you're not geared enough or whatever.

Great to hear. You'll find out as you progress that some bosses are very anti melee, and that ww barb just isnt the class for that boss. Either because they teleport away all the time while nuking you, making you unable to get heals from attacks, or bc they slow you after teleporting away etc etc. Keep it up tho bc ww is the most broken class for farming rifts such as duncraig, fautz and slosglen with their good aoe and amazing heal on attack.
