For shrine crafting, which shrines and which pieces of gear should I be looking out for?

you are only crafting two pieces of gear. Boots and Gloves . ideally you want to aim for the lowest strength requirements. so Sacred Rare Leather Gloves and Boots

Ahhhh, Damn. So does Glacial torrent actually trigger on-striking?

Is it Sacred craft and eerie bless for the boots craft? Or sacred craft AND sacred bless

I proc all of the time. I don't think it's just Moonstrike causing it, so I'm fairly certain GT procs. I want to test if it leeches also, and if it is affected by IAS instead of FCR.

- 100% ias increases glacial torrent attack speed. as for leach the only thing that will probably work is Life After each Kill or Life on Striking.

I was thinking Energy hole and socketing all equipment with ice runes. Energy hole to get me to 2k energy faster, dumping the rest in to vitality. Life + pierce + Energy

yea thats one way of making it work. theres so many alternatives to reaching 2k energy. you will get the same result i believe so it doesn't matter which route you take. Whether its a life wormhole and pure stat energy or vice versa. etc.
